Conversion and redevelopment of former post office building on Marheinekeplatz in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district.

The property on Marheinekeplatz was extensively refurbished and modernised. By lowering the historic ground floor to match the pavement level, we created high-quality retail floor area on the side facing the square. The office floors were expanded to match the requirements of the demanding tenant clientele. Even prior to completion, 80% of the floor area was let on forward commitments.
