Burgstraße 27.

Redevelopment and conversion of the former stock exchange in Berlin’s Mitte district into a combination office and commercial building.

The listed building at Burgstrasse 27 in Berlin’s Mitte district is located across from Museumsinsel. The conversion measures created high-end retail floor space on the ground floor, while the attic floor was developed into a unique loft space with rooftop patio commanding a view of Berlin’s historic downtown. As tenant, we recruited the Polish Cultural Institute, the BdB Association of German Banks, and the renowned art book seller Walther König.
