Kurfürstendamm 190/192.

Conversion, redevelopment, and modernisation of a listed office and retail building on Kurfürstendamm.

This building at Kurfürstendamm 190/192 in Berlin-Charlottenburg was occupied by the Superior Finance Directorate, and represented an administrative building of the classic type. Within the framework of a new concept, the historic floor plan was largely restored, and previous fit-out structures were dismantled. The redevelopment created unique and high-end office areas. The ground floor was restructured to make way for generous and exclusive high-street retail areas. Well ahead of completion, the property was let to 90% in the form of forward commitments. Main tenants include companies such as Bulgari, Gucci, and Porsche Design.
