Conversion and redevelopment of a combination residential, office and commercial building at Kurfürstendamm 59.

In this listed building, we created high-end office and retail areas. The redevelopment took care to preserve the original style elements, and to reconstruct some parts of the historic building structure. Within the framework of the letting coordination, the retail floor area in particular was restructured to earmark it for exclusive high-street usage.
