Rosenstraße 18/19 in Berlin-Mitte.

Conversion and redevelopment of a former department store in Berlin’s Mitte district.

The listed “Cölln” department store was extensively redeveloped, and another storey added to the building’s top floor. Generous office lofts that reflect historic detail were put in. In addition to the classic project management services we provided, more than 60% of the floor space was let within the framework of our letting coordination effort well ahead of completion.

The building’s present tenants include the Spanish Cultural Institute, and a branch of Steinbeis University.
