Klingsöhr planned the refurbishment and new attic building of around 550 m² for the residential and commercial building from the turn of the century. The aim was to convert the attic into high-quality condominiums, to renovate the historic façade and to add balconies and loggias. An architectural competition was held, which was won by the renowned office J. Mayer. H won the competition. A building permit was obtained. The property is now being realised by Quest Investment Partners.
