In an off-market transaction, Klingsöhr acquired a portfolio of nine residential and commercial properties in Berlin and Potsdam for a German private investor. The properties are classic Wilhelminian-style buildings of high quality. In addition to the complete acquisition review and the negotiation of the purchase agreement, Klingsöhr has covered the debt financing of the acquisition and has been mandated with the property and asset management of the portfolio at the same time.
