Klingsöhr built a loft apartment building with 18 exclusive freehold apartments in Bergstrasse/corner of Schröderstrasse in Berlin-Mitte, which were already sold during the construction phase. The spacious apartments with clear room heights of more than three meters offer a high-quality standard of fittings. The project was one of the first newly built residential projects in the Rosenthaler Vorstadt and was published and exhibited numerous times after completion as a pioneering project.
