The listed building at Burgstraße 27, opposite the Museum Island, once housed the Berlin Stock Exchange. Klingsöhr renovated the impressive property and converted it into an office and commercial building with attractive individual areas and generous office and commercial space. The highlight of the building are the commercial lofts with roof terraces, which were created in the course of the attic extension and from which one can look over the historical Berlin centre. Among others, we have gained the Polish Cultural Institute, the Association of German Banks and the renowned König bookshop as tenants.
