It is one of the most beautiful listed buildings on Kurfürstendamm: the house with the number 59 Klingsöhr has been extensively renovated and converted into a first-class residential, office and commercial building with new construction quality. The original stylistic elements have been retained and the historical building structure has been partially reconstructed. A restructuring of the retail spaces paved the way for exclusive use.
