The magnificent building on Kurfürstendamm 190/192 in Berlin-Charlottenburg was used by the regional finance directorate as a classic administrative building. As part of the new concept, historical floor plans were largely restored and former extensions were removed. This resulted in unique and high-quality office space in new construction quality.
