The former department store "Cölln" was extensively renovated by Klingsöhr in accordance with the regulations for listed buildings and provided with a roof extension. Spacious office lofts reflect the historical character in detail. In addition to the classic project management, Klingsöhr also took over the letting coordination. Even before completion, over 60 percent of the space was already let. The building is currently leased to the Spanish cultural institute Instituto Cervantes Berlin.
