The "Haus am Kurpark" senior citizens' residence in Unna-Königsborn, owned by Provinzial Versicherung, was operated for many years by a subsidiary of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund. When the latter filed for insolvency in 2011, Klingsöhr took over the interim management of the facility on behalf of the owner with the aim of selling both the property and operations to an investor. Initially, the most urgent task was to stabilise operations and secure supplies for the residents. The next step was to create transparency for the owner, potential new investors and financing banks. Klingsöhr was able to successfully sell the 68-unit complex and its operations.
